We had the pleasure of meeting Pam Abrams several weeks ago, from the Joan Ganz Cooney Center. When we told her that we were "evangelists for entertainment that can educate," and after we showed her a really cool and potentially revolutionary product we invented and will have out on the market next year, she invited one of us to attend a super exclusive leadership forum in Los Angeles, on the USC campus. So this is Giles blogging today to report out some of what I found. The forum gathered filmmakers, game designers, animators, academics, government leadership, studio executives and more. Below are blog posts from the forum, from people who I met and really loved talking to. I am still traveling back, and it may take a day or so to draw some conclusions, but for anyone interested in the intersection of education and entertainment, see the posts below. It should not go without saying that we owe Pam Abrams big time, and that we are extremely grateful for the opportunity to rub elbows with such an impressive group.
